DS Desert Hills has a 3lap viable [[ultra shortcut]], which uses [[wallclips]], an [[OOB bounce#OOB hop | OOB hop]], and [[Respawn glitch | respawning to save time]], and in the flap variant, [[wheelchair]]. Outside the ultra shortcut, it also currently benefits from the use of [[superhopping]], [[supergrinding]], and [[wallclips]] in both 3lap and flap categories. Hence, it has three 3lap and three flap categories. Since no Unrestricted 3lap exists which uses the ultra shortcut, the No Ultra 3lap is technically the current Unrestricted 3lap record.<br />
