Arthur

Arthur, also known as ArthurMKW, is a French TASer and former RTA time trialler, best known for his RTA world records and his work on 200cc (speedmod) RTA and TAS categories. He began TASing on December 25, 2020, and quickly gained recognition in the Mario Kart Wii community for his creative approaches to high-speed TASing and technical discoveries.

Although Arthur has participated in several 150cc collaboration projects, he is primarily active in 200cc TASing, where he has contributed to advancing the category’s limits. He discovered the 200cc-only ultra shortcut on Delfino Square, among other things.

Despite limited participation in TAS Competitions, Arthur achieved 1st place in Special Task IV, marking one of his most notable competition results.

Before entering TASing, Arthur began competing in RTA time trials following the release of the 200cc update in CTGP Revolution. Alongside his 150cc activity, he specialized in Glitch categories, earning the world record on Sherbet Land Glitch (150cc). Later, he dedicated several months to the Rainbow Road Ultra Shortcut, finally achieving it in January 2021, a milestone that made him well-known in the Mario Kart Wii community.
