The current strategy for NU flap is to perform superhopping and supergrinding.
The current strategy for NU flap is to superslide throughout the entire flap.

The same slope location used for the UR flap supergrind is utilised here, and a supergrind can be carried all the way to the first turn. At this point, enough EV has been built to eject from the supergrind and start superhopping already at max speed. Curb slopes are used to take some successive turns tighter, and also help maintain high EV. The boost ramp shortcut can be taken shroomless at high speed too. The rest of the lap involes using mushrooms to drive through the grass, and superhopping from the last turn until the finish line.
A superslide is achieved by using a tree to wallclip over the invisible wall next to the finish line and landing on the seam below. From there, the superslide is brought back up the hill around the last turn to build up EV, and the lap is entered. The superslide is carried throughout the entire flap, and no mushrooms are used during the flap itself.

* Superhopping and supergrinding can be performed throughout the entire race with ODB, saving time over simply supergrinding down the front straight with IDB (using a mushroom to help mask the slow acceleration), which itself is faster than the No Glitch shroomspot on laps 1 and 2.

UR Flap
Currently, none.
* There is a chance that performing the exact same strategies as Mach Bike but with the Flame Runner could be marginally faster than supersliding. This hasn't been tested yet, however.
