Koopa Cape is the second course of the Star Cup in Mario Kart Wii.

Koopa Cape has a 3lap viable ultra shortcut, which uses wallclips, respawning to save time, wheelchair, seam swinging. It also currently benefits from the use of superhopping in both 3lap and flap categories, while also the use of supergrinding and supersliding in flap categories. Hence, it has three 3lap and three flap categories. However, no TAS exists for a No Ultra 3lap which implements glitches, so the No Glitch 3lap record is the No Ultra 3lap record for the time being.
Unrestricted 3lap
The current strategy for UR 3lap is to perform the ultra shortcut on all 3 laps. The premise of the route is to use all 3 mushrooms on lap 1, and then due to the respawn, perform the ultra shroomless on laps 2 and 3.
